I take care of millions of dollars in missing freight, unlabeled freight and bring them back into the system in which we can sell the items for profit where they might have been lost or simply thrown away.
I also train new associates and have trained many managers and given them insight to the workflow and how the system works in a shipping/orderfillinfg environment. i have also given insight in preparing the shift to quickly, accurately and efficiently orderfill freightand keep dates in order "F.I.F.O" First in first out.

As a hotline operator, I am the in the front line of customer, service greeting and speaking with Lottery, KENO and Sports betting retailers (via telephone) all over the state of Delaware from convenient stores to casinos.
Using a ticket dispatch system I document issues and dispatch a team of technicians to retailer locations to fix misbehaving equipment as needed.
After repairs are made, I follow up with retailers to ensure a proper repair or to find if any other issues have surfaced and report to the technician supervisor if certain retailer needs are not meet.
Retailers are always monitored via the usage of networking tools to discover communication failures, hardware inconsistencies and software failures. The data from these tools are documented and then brought to the attention of our networking teams to find and deploy solutions immediately.
Daily reports are completed, scanned and made known to the proper teams and supervisors.
